RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

GENERAL POLICY

Customers who bought items from CYA Industries Inc. and Fabriano SpA Inc. warehouse branches at a regular or discounted price can apply for return/exchange up to three (3) days from the date when the order is received, where day one is the receiving/collection date.

VALID REASONS FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 

  • Defective or
  • Wrong item is delivered.

Upon delivery or arrival of the product, we strongly require customers or its representatives to carefully inspect the product.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY: (Must meet all requirements)

  • Item must have the original box/packaging with complete accessories,
  • Unused condition*
  • Must have the original sales invoice.
  • *If air conditioner units were mounted even unused, we have the right to refuse the replacement.

It is important to keep your sales invoice copy and other important documents safe for when you would need to request for warranty or return and exchange.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return, replacement, or refund if it has been evaluated by our Quality Control team that the items went through abuse and/or misuse.
  • Return/exchange for consumable items (water and air purifier units and replacement filters), only sealed or unused can be requested for return/exchange.
  • Delivery expenses for product returns shall be at the customer’s account.

 

All returns have to be initially processed through the Distributor Appliance Warehouse Sale Facebook page and completed in any of  CYA Industries Inc. and Fabriano SpA Inc. warehouse branches nationwide.

 

In addition, we would like to advise you that the following conditions are not entitled to a refund or exchange under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394)

  • A sudden change of mind
  • Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
  • Discovery of the lower price of the same item from another store
  • Warranty does not cover wear and tear.

 

*For defects encountered beyond the 3days, the defect will be repaired by the service department consistent with the product’s warranty conditions and DTI regulations.

If the conditions above are not met, we can refuse the return of the unit. At our sole discretion, we may allow a return/exchange/refund subject to reasonable charges to the customer such as but not limited to:

  • a cancellation charge of 5%,
  • 3% bank or credit card charges where applicable.

 

FOR AMERICAN HOME PRODUCTS:

  • 1-year warranty on parts and services except those with warranty sticker on the product such as fully auto washing machines.

Please take note that for any items that are defective, only American Home can approve the replacement. Kindly call the AHAM's consumer hotline for any service-related issues.

FOR ASAHI PRODUCTS:

  • For electric fans, 5 years warranty on motor (as seen in the unit)
  • For gas stove, 1-year warranty on switch ignition
